Leah Lau is the CEO & Chief Spiritual Officer of Cosmic Dyad LLC. In her psychic and energy healing work, she serves as a bridge with spirit and the multidimensional universe as a Reiki Master Teacher, in Usui, Tibetan, and Pleiadian Reiki * Meditation Teacher * Intuitive * Spiritual Coach * Writer * Editor * Photographer * Costume Designer. Her life’s work is dedicated to making the world more positive and equitable: For more than 20 years, she has been spearheading community advocacy at the local, national and international levels, with a focus on education, the arts, and health care. She is a creative visionary with far-reaching professional experience as a Director of Marketing & Communications and Editor for fields as diverse as Fortune 500 companies, corporate philanthropy, nonprofits, and government. She is a multilingual world traveler who has circumnavigated the world and trekked on all 7 continents, including Antarctica.

As a lifelong intuitive, Leah helps people align with their personal Ultimate Timelines, and thrive through training Lightworkers in Reiki and Kriya Yoga. Attuned to Reiki in 2002, Leah is a certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui and Tibetan lineages. In 2021, she and fellow Bodhisattva Jason McDonald channeled a new system of energy healing, Pleiadian Reiki for multidimensional intergalactic distance Reiki across all space, time, and dimensions, including the Pleiadian Reiki Cosmic Flower of Life for unconditional love healing, activations, and grounding techniques.

in Los Angeles, she has served in roles as an Intuitive, Healer, Founding Teacher, and Facilitator, for individual sessions and group events at four healing centers in the Los Angeles area: Mystic Journey Crystals in Venice; Mystic Manor mansion in Venice; Magical Mystery School in Awa Oasia, in Downtown Los Angeles; and Liberated Bliss, in Redondo Beach.

By bringing the higher vibrations of love, light, and compassion, channeled from the 5th Dimension and beyond, she can help bring these loving frequencies to those on earth to help raise their own feelings of love, of self-acceptance, of goodwill and compassion toward others. It is in embodying love for our fellow humans that we can lift the vibration of this planet and serve for our own highest good and the highest good for all.

Originally from San Francisco, she is grateful to her parents for teaching her Buddhism, and to her mother, May Young, for beginning her spiritual training across modalities, starting when Leah was 3 years old. Leah has been practicing meditation and breathwork since she was 3 years old, including Buddhist, Zen, and Hindu traditions. Leah was blessed with a personalized lifelong mantra meditation practice from India’s Hugging Saint satguru Amma and trained in her I AM Integrated Amrita Meditation technique. She trains in Kriya Yoga through Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship. Leah was initiated in and teaches Kriya Yoga Breathwork in the lineage of Masters Matsyendra and Gorakhnath, and the Nath Sampradaya. She has trained extensively with Master Stephen Co, head of US Pranic Healing and direct disciple of Grandmaster Choa, the Founder of Pranic Healing. In her personal sadhanas, Leah trains in a combined practice of meditation, Reiki, Kriya Yoga, Mantra, and Pranic Healing.

With Leah’s lifelong dedication to philanthropic work and the arts, she has immersed in her communities locally, nationally, and internationally. She founded the Cambodian Children's Book Project benefiting the ELMA School in Sambour, Cambodia, built up their library collection and global roster of volunteers from 2008 – 2010, and collectively brought more than 1,000 books to the school. Leah was a Board Member for the UCSF Alliance Health Project from 2005 – 2012, where she also served in leadership roles for Art for AIDS, the largest charity art auction in San Francisco, as the Art Installation Chair, a Juror, a Planning Committee Member, and a contributing artist. 

Her work has been featured in publications and news stations including ABC, NBC, Forbes, HuffPost, Fast Company magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle and the San Jose Mercury News. Leah was honored to be an Official Photographer for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015; was a Photographer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America from 2011 – 2016, including for their annual report; and was a Photographer for Daraja Academy, a girls’ school, near Nanyuki, Kenya. In her native San Francisco, Leah had a series of solo photography exhibits from 1998 – 2004, and exhibited her fine art photography in group shows from 2002 – 2012.

Leah has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago in English Language & Literature. Through coursework at UChicago, UC Berkeley, and UCLA, she minored in Spanish, and also concentrated in Psychology, Art History, Political Science, Gender Studies, and Latin American Studies. She loves to learn new languages and also speaks conversational Italian, French, and Mandarin Chinese. An avid traveler, Leah spent a decade doing a series of solo international expeditions to wilderness at the edges of the earth, exploring all seven continents. She fulfilled a lifelong dream by completing a round-the-world trip in 45 days in 2013.
